Books

Hi Everyone, had time on my hands and rather than do the ironing! UGH! I decided to make another scrapbook page for the digital blog challenge at Digitally Made. I saw this quote recently and made a note of it, that's what started the story on my page.

A lot of things we read about and experience can give our lives excitement, danger, love and hate, just by turning a page, don't you just love reading?

This page contains a lot of digital papers, elements and masks, so rather than list them, if you like the look of an image or paper, let me know and I will tell you where it's from and who by.

This is fabulous Faith, such detail. I keep looking and finding new things. I am an avid reader but have to own up to owning a Kindle which I take away on holiday as it's easier than packing and carrying a load of books but in my opinion there is nothing like the feel of a real book xx

I believe this 100% and pass it on to others - especially grandchildren. x

What a wonderful quotation, Faith! As an ex-librarian I thoroughly approve! (My daughter has already taught my grandson to turn the pages of his board books all by himself - and he isn't 1 until next month! I'm so proud!) This is such a great layout, full of adventure!

love Mags B x

After years, I've taken up reading again and find it's my most peaceful fun thing to do out on the porch in the early morning hours. What a wonderful card with a great theme too!
